Juicing FAQ

The cold-pressed method means that the juice is extracted through slow and gentle pressure applied to the fruits or vegetables, which provides minimum mixing of air with the juices that results in very slow oxidation or decomposition. This pressure extracts the natural fruit sugars, vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes, and other vital elements without breaking them down and denaturing them. Household juicers, typically known as centrifugal juicers are significantly faster at processing, but overall less efficient. As the blade inside a centrifugal juicer spins at a high speed, it generates heat. The heat also oxidizes and separates nutrients naturally found in whole fruits and vegetables, which means that juice made at home must be consumed immediately.

Our juices are never pasteurized or cooked at extremely high temperature and are never put through High Pressure Processing to extend their shelf life. Our juices remain heat and chemical free. Nothing added nothing taken out, just 100% pure, raw, organic juice.

Because our juices are not pasteurized or HPP’d they need to be refrigerated at all times until consumed. Most juices and nut milks last for about 72 hours. Look for the date sticker on the bottom of your bottle. Your juice is good through the end of the date on the sticker.

This one is simple. Drink your juice, rinse the bottle and we’ll pick it up next time we deliver. We’ll even reward you for your hard work. When you return 12 bottles, either 250mL or 500mL we will give you a FREE 250mL juice of your choice.

We currently deliver to most of the Greater Toronto Area and Mississauga. Please check delivery map below for delivery area borders. For an additional delivery fee, we may accommodate a special order outside of our delivery region. Call us and we’ll try to make it work.

We require 48 hours prior to delivery. We know that life is unpredictable which is why we allow changes to delivery time or date up to 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Unfortunately past the 24 hour mark we can no longer make changes to your order or offer a refund.

Deliveries are made daily and they need to be signed for. Please make sure that someone is home or at the office to receive the juices as they need to be refrigerated immediately. Once our delivery person drops off your juices we are no longer responsible for their integrity.

There is a minimum order amount of $35 before tax and a $5 delivery fee, which applies to all orders under $69 before tax. All orders over $69 before tax including cleanses receive free delivery.
